Junior Data Analyst

We are looking
for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and support our marketing leadership with actionable insights. In this role, you will be building and maintaining marketing dashboards, analyzing performance data, and helping our C-level marketing team make data-driven decisions.
Get ready to

Create, modify and sustain product performance dashboards using Looker

Write and schedule scripts producing clean and necessary data using Looker and/or Bigquery (both SQL-based)

Analyze product performance, marketing performance, and user behavior issues and provide insights/suggestions for product managers/ product leads/ marketing managers

Investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data

Be able to work independently and within the team

Take ownership of tasks and initiatives

We expect you to

Have advanced SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate data of various types (String, Integer, JSON, Struct), write parameterized scripts, debug SQL code

Have experience working with at least one of BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, ClickView, or similar

Have at least 1 year of data analysis experience: skills in generating valid data insights.

Have strong communication skills: timely, clear, and consistent sharing of information, work progress, and findings

Salary
Gross salary range is 2000-2500 EUR/month.
Location
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Work model – 4 days on site, 1 day flexible remote.
