The Role
Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants via phone, email, and property management platforms

Handle lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and rental listings

Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with local vendors

Collect rent and manage accounts receivable

Handle complaints and resolve tenant issues efficiently

Monitor compliance with lease agreements and property rules

Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Generate reports on occupancy, financials, and maintenance logs

Ideal Profile
Requirements:

2+ years of work experience (In property management, a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (a must)

Proficient in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager) a plus

Strong organization and multitasking skills (a must)

Comfortable managing vendors and coordinating tasks remotely

Ability to work independently and make judgment calls

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Work hours: 9am to 5pm. Eastern.
