Tasks
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements
Drive the analysis and documentation of business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in Agile ceremonies
Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
Support the delivery of digital and data-driven initiatives across multiple teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or data-focused environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
