Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates for various positions using a variety of innovative strategies.
Engage with candidates in Dutch, building positive relationships through effective communication.
Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for roles.
Collaborate with experienced recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance your understanding of recruitment practices.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
No prior recruitment experience is required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
A genuine interest in recruitment and helping others find their ideal roles.
Familiarity with social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing is a plus.
Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
