Primary Responsibilities:
Manages professional staff and supervisors; may oversee other supervisors’ teams
Sets team direction, resolves issues, and guides team members
Adapt departmental plans to address operational needs and challenges
Contributes to forecasting, planning, and process decisions impacting multiple groups
Prioritize tasks and coordinates work across teams to ensure objectives are met
Develop short-term plans and drives change initiatives
Organizes, assesses, and trains team members for maximum productivity on new platforms
Identifies and addresses operational problems using defined processes and judgment
Make decisions aligned with policies, procedures, and business plans
Experience modifying departmental plans to align with changing business needs
Ability to make decisions affecting multiple teams or customer groups
Experience with performance management, conflict resolution, and team development
Ability to manage remote staff or teams

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or a related area
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position
Experience leading and managing professional clinical staff and/or supervisors
Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory compliance
Strategic planning and forecasting skills, with experience in resource allocation
Proficiency with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to analyze data and apply findings to improve clinical performance and outcomes
Experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
Nursing License
Clinical background
Communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
