An international financial services group specializing in online trading and investment is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (European Market) with solid CYSEC experience to join its Marketing team.
Its team of 10+ nationalities is based in Montenegro, Cyprus, and Israel, and we’re seeking a proven professional who can bring leadership and deep expertise to European affiliate operations.
What Will You Do:
Lead affiliate and IB partnerships across European regulated markets
Drive acquisition and retention through structured affiliate deals and campaigns
Negotiate high-value agreements with top-tier partners across the region
Ensure compliance with CYSEC regulations in all affiliate activities
Work with cross-functional teams (compliance, marketing, product) to optimize campaigns
Represent the company in major European industry events and exhibitions
Mentor and guide junior affiliate managers within the team
Key Skills Required:
Senior-level experience in affiliate management within forex/crypto/financial services
Proven CYSEC market experience – mandatory
Native or fluent in one of the following: German (priority), Italian, or Scandinavian languages + Fluent English
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with high-value partners
Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results in European markets
Deep understanding of affiliate networks, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Independent, proactive, and highly accountable professional
Ability to travel frequently within Europe for conferences and business development
