Freedx is expanding and seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead the full spectrum of performance-driven user acquisition and lifecycle marketing. This role owns end-to-end paid ads, conversion optimization, CRM, and retargeting strategy with a mandate to drive measurable user growth across all touchpoints.

About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid user acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle engagement through the entire marketing performance stack. You will lead campaign execution across all relevant paid social, search, programmatic, display, and crypto-native ad networks, with a specific focus on platforms aligned with the crypto audience (e.g. X, Telegram, Google Display, and native ad partners). You will also be responsible for building out CRM, email marketing flows, and re-engagement strategies that support acquisition, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Buying & Paid Acquisition

Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across social, search, native, and display ecosystems

Define creative angles, campaign objectives, and targeting strategies per channel category

Own performance across the full paid funnel: reach → clicks → signups → activation

Coordinate with creative, content, and community leads to align assets and copy

Manage weekly budget allocations, campaign segmentation, and performance targets

2. Retargeting & Funnel Re-engagement

Build cross-channel retargeting campaigns across display, messaging apps, email, and bots

Segment and re-engage users based on funnel drop-off (e.g. joined TG but didn’t trade)

Coordinate creative and message variations across all touchpoints

Optimize frequency, sequencing, and conversion metrics

3. CRM, Email & Lifecycle Automation

Design and manage CRM systems and behavior-based email workflows

Set up onboarding, referral, reactivation, and milestone engagement flows

Implement triggers via email, in-app, or messaging platforms (Telegram bots, etc.)

Analyze performance (open rates, click-through, conversions, unsubscribes) and iterate continuously

4. Conversion Optimization

Coordinate A/B tests for landing page design, CTAs, and ad-to-page alignment

Use heatmaps, scroll depth, and analytics data to identify drop-off points

Benchmark funnel performance against crypto industry standards

Prioritize conversion rate optimization (CRO) over visual polish

5. Analytics & Attribution

Own marketing data pipeline: UTM tracking, event tagging, and attribution logic

Maintain clean tracking structures across paid ads, influencers, PR, and landing pages

Build performance dashboards and reports to track CAC, LTV, signup source, and engagement

Present weekly growth reports and propose experiments based on observed trends

6. Referral Program Support

Integrate UTM-based invite tracking and CRM tagging

Monitor referral flow performance, fraud risks, and cost-per-invite

Launch campaigns to boost referral engagement (e.g. XP multipliers, leaderboards)

Sync data with community and rewards teams for incentive distribution

7. SEO & Organic Growth

Conduct basic SEO audits and set keyword/content objectives

Align blog strategy with search demand (e.g. “how to trade crypto”, “airdrop calendar”)

Support organic backlink building via PR, community content, and partnerships

Requirements

8+ years experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-velocity B2C tech

Strong grasp of full-funnel media buying, retargeting, and CRM execution

Experience with attribution modeling, UTM tracking, and data-driven growth reporting

Proven track record optimizing customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints

Strong cross-functional coordination skills with creative, content, and product teams

Familiarity with Telegram, X, and other crypto-native platforms is a plus

Highly analytical, test-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
