We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our Executive Team and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while still requiring strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the Executive Team and staff
· Handle administrative requests and queries from team members
· Organize and schedule appointments, including complex calendar management for multiple executives
· Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
· Assist with office management and other general administrative activities in a remote setting
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tasks
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated experience managing calendars for multiple executives
· Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to learn new processes quickly
· Comfortable and efficient working in a fully remote office environment

Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S. based.
Position is Remote and could lead to a full-time position.
