Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in public accounting
External audit, compliance, assurance, and consulting services for community banks
External audit for credit unions a plus
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), SEC reporting, SOX 404/FDICIA consulting
Interest in actively engaging in national and regional financial institution associations such as the Independent Community Bankers of America, Community Bankers of Michigan, Mid-Michigan Banking Group, Michigan Bankers Association, and Florida Bankers Association.
