Responsibilities
Provide high-quality remote technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products and services efficiently.
Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
Offer feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall support process and customer satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new team members as necessary.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Prior experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
Availability to work remotely while being part of a team based in Greece.
