Unity Developer (Mid–Senior)
Location: Remote
We are looking for a Mid – Senior Unity Game Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our live match-3 mobile game. This role combines hands-on engineering with creative problem-solving, ensuring high-quality features and a polished player experience.
Notable previous/current experience working on a top grossing match-3 game is a must.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of full-cycle game development, from design and implementation to ongoing maintenance
Contribute to frontend development with Unity (or similar frameworks), focusing on gameplay, UI, and player interactions
Collaborate closely with global teams to deliver timely, high-quality updates
Apply reinforcement learning and algorithms to enhance level progression and difficulty balancing
Stay up to date with trends in the match-3 and mobile game market, promoting innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
3+ years of professional game development experience, ideally with Unity 3D
Strong skills in debugging, performance analysis, and mobile optimization
Proficiency in C# and at least one additional language (Python, Java, C++)
Solid understanding of mobile game structure, frontend interaction, and player experience
Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to flex across different tasks in a fast-moving environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an eye for product quality
Nice to Have:
Experience with reinforcement learning (RL), multi-agent systems, or distributed algorithms
Familiarity with both mobile and PC platforms
Passion for casual and puzzle games, with insights into player engagement and retention
