Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Personal Assistant to support our CEO/President in managing daily responsibilities and ensuring smooth coordination of professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably with USA-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings with executives, CEOs, and presidents of other companies.
Arrange and manage travel plans, including flight and hotel bookings.
Monitor and manage CEO’s personal and professional email inbox.
Take meeting notes, prepare summaries, and provide timely reminders for important deadlines and commitments.
Perform online shopping (e.g., Amazon, eBay etc.).
Assist with official documentation, data management, and research tasks.
Act as a point of contact and ensure effective communication on behalf of the CEO/President.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Transportation, Logistics Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
Age 24 to 26 years
Has no further study plans for the next 2/3 years.
The task requires spending full hours (7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., including break times), we recommend only those with that patience and work accordingly for the long run.
The applicant should have a computer with good configuration, power backup, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
MUST have proven experience as a Virtual Personal Assistant or similar position in a USA-based company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proficiency in using online tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
Experience in international communication and coordination.
Tech-savvy with the ability to handle online shopping and digital tools.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting C-level executives (CEO/President).
Knowledge of international business communication etiquette.
Flexible to adjust to different time zones.
