Supporting customers, couriers or venue partners via live chat and phone.
Ensuring smooth delivery operations, making sure that each order reaches its destination on time.
Who You Are:
You have advanced communication skills in both German and English.
You’re a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused – we’re here to create exceptional experiences for our customers, every time they reach out.
You love being part of a team and enjoy problem-solving with others.
You can commit to various shift hours, as our service is open 7 days a week.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for students or anyone with a hunger to learn and grow.
