Position: Contact Centre Agent (Dutch + English)
Location: remote in Bulgaria

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing clear and efficient solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch.

Strong communication skills in English.

Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and tools.
