Job Title: Appointment setter
Role Type: Part-Time and transitioning to full time
Hours: 6 days per week
Location: 100% fully-remote
Income: $3k-$6k USD/Month On Target Earnings
Company Overview:
ScaleDaycares is a done-for-you agency business that works with other Childcare Centers, Preschools and Daycares to help them get more quality booked tours, enroll more children and ultimately increase their revenue.
A typical client comes to us already earning between $50k/month and $500k/month and wants to scale through cold traffic/paid ads (which we do done-for-them) to fill up their centers.
We have amazing results, in depth case studies and proof behind this offer making it very easy to sell.
The Role and Requirements:
This role is only for highly-experienced Appointment Setters with deep experience setting sales calls via phone.
As a setter, you will receive a constant flow of qualified inbound leads (who are coming to us wanting to set up a call) and are responsible for calling them within 5 minutes and setting them up for an appointment with one of our closers!
You get paid $30 USD per shown booking IF THEY CLOSE OR NOT (meaning you will not be punished for a closer’s poor performance, once the call is there you get paid!)
Working with us you can easily set between 4-6 calls per day ($120-$180), and once you’re performing well, you’ll be put on client accounts (since you’re already setting anyways) and can easily set up to 30 appointments per day!
We already have an existing process (and in depth playbooks) that is proven to produce the desired KPIs to earn this income.
THIS IS ALSO A FEEDER ROLE TO OUR CLOSING PROGRAM WHERE CLOSERS EARN 10k/mo+
YOU CAN EASILY DO THIS ROLE WHILE WORKING ANOTHER REMOTE JOB ASSUMING FLEXIBLE HOURS AND THE AVAILABILITY TO STEP OUT AND CALL LEADS AS THEY COME IN.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record appointment setting at a minimum of 2k/month commissions.
Deep desire to improve and be coachable as our team already has a proven process that closes at a very high rate.
Can take calls from 9 am EST onwards (however, you can be based anywhere in the world) and be willing to be available to call leads as they come in on weekends and after hours.
Optional bonus: Direct experience running your own agency or working in the childcare space.
Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Calling inbound leads as they come through our funnel within 5 minutes of opt-in.
Setting appointments with these leads through our proven scripts.
Following up with pipeline old leads to get additional sets in your day.
Working with strategy & closing teams to ensure a smooth call process.
Reporting on performance via an EOD report.
Compensation:
$30 USD per set appointment
Monthly OTE = $3-6k/mo
