VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – Agency Operations & Growth
Are you a fast-moving, tech-savvy executor who thrives in a high-growth startup environment?
We’re scaling a performance marketing agency and looking for a proactive VA to help us run smooth operations and drive growth.
What You’ll Own:
Client onboarding & communication systems
Facebook & Instagram Ads management (media buying experience required)
Dashboard updates & client tracking in GoHighLevel
Calendar coordination, Slack management, Zoom setup
SOP creation & process optimization
Daily execution to keep projects on track and clients happy
Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
Solid knowledge of GoHighLevel
Strong in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Experience with automations & systems
Fluent in English; comfortable using Dutch translation tools
Preferably: background in agency or online business operations
Compensation & Growth
Remote position – $1,000-$2000/month starting
Full-time role (40 hrs/week)
Clear path to Operations Lead as the agency scales
