■About our client

■Position Overview
You will be responsible for quality assurance (QA) tasks in product development. Specifically, you will manage and update the quality standards, handle team management, and rigorously check whether the service is convenient and user-friendly, providing feedback to the relevant personnel.
■Main task include:
・Developing the testing and quality improvement process for the core system QA group.
・Planning, designing, and executing tests for product development projects in various environments, such as waterfall and agile.
・Conducting tests using computers and smartphones
・Reporting and providing feedback on test results
・Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors on assigned projects
・Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process
・Creating manuals

経験・スキル ■Must have
・Over 5 years of QA Engineer experience.
・QA experience with web/mobile apps (iOS/Android).
・Can understand and analyze tech specs.
・Experience in test planning, design, and execution.
・Experience in fast-paced IT/Web development (Agile is a plus).
・Experience standardizing and improving QA processes.
・Flexible communication with dev teams/stakeholders.
・Knowledge of QA tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail).
・Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and documentation skills.
■Nice to have
・Experience building and leading a QA team.
・Experience driving projects with other teams/vendors.
・Experience improving dev process from a QA perspective.
・Experience analyzing bugs and preventing recurrence.
・Experience proposing and introducing new QA tools.
・Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
・Experience in requirements definition and business impact analysis.
・Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
・Experience in manual test automation.
・ISTQB or equivalent certification.
