DSL PACIFIC
Responsibilities & Context:
This position supports DSL Pacific’s export operations from Australia. The role is remote, requires high attention to detail, and is ideal for candidates with experience in international trade documentation or freight forwarding.
Prepare complete export documentation sets under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms.
Draft and review Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, and Bills of Lading.
Verify LC clauses and ensure all documents meet UCP 600 and GAFTA/GTA standards.
Liaise with freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and banks to ensure timely document dispatch and corrections.
Track vessel schedules and maintain shipment logs in company records.
Communicate daily with DSL Pacific’s Australian team via email and Microsoft Teams.
Maintain accurate scanned archives for all completed shipments.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
At least 2 years
