We have a 6 month contract to hire for a hands-on ServiceNow engineer with 5+ years of platform experience and at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), capable of designing, configuring, and enhancing SPM capabilities in a highly visible BTS environment. They excel at collaborating with SPM practice leads, interpreting requirements, creating clear documentation, and delivering high-quality solutions within Agile sprints. This individual brings strong technical expertise, proven experience implementing SPM features, and the ability to work independently while aligning with platform standards and enterprise architecture. 100% Remote.
MUST HAVES:
Bachelor’s degree (preference in IT)
Certifications in ServiceNow implementation and development
5+ years with ServiceNow, 3+ years with SN SPM (ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management) experience
ServiceNow SPM Solution Implementation experience
Agile experience with creating stories and working withing springs
Documentation of requirements and solutions
NICE TO HAVES:

About this Role:
This group has selected ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) as the platform for portfolio management, project management, resource management and time tracking.
Additional features and capabilities need to be deployed and / or enhanced for continuous improvement.
Close collaboration with the service owners (SPM practice leads) to provide topic support, define requirements, and create solutions to meet needs.
Interaction is also required with ServiceNow platform and architecture resources to ensure compliance with standards.
