We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with strong technical, business process and communication skills to join our application development team. As a Vigience Overcast software developer, you will be at the forefront of developing advanced sales and service processes based on the worlds leading enterprise software platforms Salesforce and SAP. Your role as a software developer will require a deep dive into the technical aspects to ensure the seamless implementation of new business processes and to give your career an upward trajectory. The Vigience applications are built on top of the Salesforce platform and Vigience Overcast.
As an Vigience Application developer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
You will work in a team under the Vigience development lead
Clarification of requirements
Detailed design of software components
High quality coding of software components
Quality assurance of your own code
Documentation of coding
Self-study and learning of Vigience Overcast platform development and necessary tools
Work together with other Vigience developers and consultants on system architecture, detailed solution design, and project deliverables
Join daily project team meetings and additional ad-hoc meetings as required
Skills And Competencies
Minimum 2 years of development on the Salesforce platform (ideally with a Developer 1 certification)
University degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills in English and the Japanese language
Advantage
Previous experience with system integration and IPaaS platforms like MuleSoft or SAP CPI.
