業務内容
Support management on preparing Remote Clienteling Program scheduled to launch in 2023, efficiently manage the project to deliver on time
Manage inventory for showroom and studios, negotiate with MD/Care/Service/Boutiques/Logistics to have items for service
Create procedure guideline with close collaboration with Operation Manager
Design and arrange necessary trainings for Advisors with support of Training Manager
Manage e-1to1 and e-1to Few sessions
Support Client Advisors to provide best in class service in 1 to 1 and 1 to Few sessions to achieve sales/KPI goals
Manage campaign : outreach for events, appointments, gifting, lifetime moments and client journeys all with the goal to develop a client book and recruit and grow top clients
Proactively learn about and continuously stay informed on all new products via our training, tools, resources and self-education
Promote the ecommerce assortment when possible and focus on key categories as defined by our business partners as well as provide feedback regarding product assortments and advocate for in demand styles
Partner with and develop excellent working relationships with multiple external departments including but not limited to CRM, eCommerce, Merchandising, Care Service, Logistics, Retails, Training, Events and Public Relations
Work closely with Retail team to efficiently work with Gaisho to increase appointment for the service
Work closely with Ecom team to efficiently generate more sales
Ensure that all customer communications are handled in line with our policies and processes.
Enter accurate data and information is recorded in our systems and updates to the client profiles are initiated as appropriate.
Improve the client data quality and contactability rate.
Enhance business through Remote Clienteling Program including virtual appointment, virtual AOT sessions
Assist with other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
応募条件
Minimum 2 years of Project Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or two or more of Retail, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Virtual or Video Shopping, Remote Shopping, and VVIC/VIC, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
VMD/store planning experience is a plus
Strong negotiation skills and communication skill with internal/external stakesholders
Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand
Ability to develop deep and lasting relationships with people through strong verbal and written communication, organization and follow-through skills
Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player
Customer centric mindset with good outstanding on Client Service Center functions
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced and complex environment
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable to strategies which address evolving business trends
Able to work a varied schedule including hours/days/nights/holidays and weekends
Fluent in Japanese and business level Chinese, Korean and/or French a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience with Salesforce, Bambuser a plus
Experience in shooting or interest in video filming/camera work a plus
