Мы активно растем и ищем в команду опытного Рекрутера, который не просто закроет вакансии, но и создаст команду, разделяющую наши ценности и цели.
Чем ты будешь заниматься:
Полный цикл подбора (от снятия вакансии до адаптации кандидата).
Закрытие позиций в сфере Real Estate (РОПы, агенты, менеджеры, брокеры и т.д.).
Работа на таких платформах, как HH.ru, LinkedIn, Telegram и других источниках для нахождения нужных талантов.
Проведение телефонных скринингов, назначение собеседований и ведение кандидатов на всех этапах отбора.
Анализ зарплат, предложений конкурентов и тенденций на рынке для удержания конкурентных условий.
Регулярные отчеты о ходе подбора и ведение данных в CRM (Huntflow).
Кого мы ищем:
Опыт работы на позиции рекрутера от 2 лет.
Успешный опыт закрытия вакансий в сфере продаж.
Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в команде.
Знание инструментов холодного поиска и оценки кандидатов.
Самостоятельность, ответственность и честность — это твои главные качества;
Английский язык на уровне B1 и выше для работы с международными кандидатами.
Будет плюсом:
Опыт закрытия вакансий в сфере недвижимости.
Опыт работы с инструментами – Huntflow, Miro, Notion.

Currently, a new direction, RED Experts, is actively developing. We provide a full range of services in real estate purchasing for living and investment in Phuket. In just 1 year of work, our team has grown to 40+ awesome specialists, and our geography has expanded to include Bali, Georgia, Thailand, Northern Cyprus, Turkey, the UAE.

Sales Department – provides the best customer service worldwide, including financial expertise and detailed investment return calculations.
Marketing Department – generates ideas and hypotheses 24/7 to attract new clients and increase brand recognition.
Traffic Department – analyzes, adjusts, and optimizes advertising campaigns non-stop.
Design Department – works on visuals and creatives.
Copywriting Department – creates texts to solve marketing tasks.
