■Position Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and business control across the APAC region. The initial focus is supporting the development of a partner network in Japan, expanding to manage partner agent relationships, cost control, and service quality across Asia.
■Responsibilities
・Develop and maintain agent relationships across Japan/APAC.
・Review KPIs with agents and drive performance improvements.
・Qualify new agents and negotiate service rate agreements.
・Perform on-site and virtual audits of partner agents.
・Improve network efficiencies and drive quality improvement.
・Support new customer and new service implementations.

経験・スキル ■Requirements
・Proactive and responsive to customer requests.
・Demonstrated problem-solving capacity and responsiveness.
・Knowledgeable in Trade compliance and Import/Export.
・Flexibility to travel.
・Business level English in both written and verbal communication.
・Business level or higher Japanese communication skill.
・Familiar with Logistics and Supply Chain business.
