We handle the localization and culturalization of the illustration, manga, webtoon, and animation app Clip Studio Paint, along with its related services and tutorial content, while also promoting the app to audiences in North America and Europe.
▼ Department activities
Clip Studio Paint is the graphics app used by over 50 million users around the world and is bundled with Wacom pen tablets and Samsung devices. The Global Marketing Team focuses on both the localization and culturalization of Clip Studio Paint and its related services as well as marketing Clip Studio Paint to North America and Europe. You will be tasked with planning and producing content that helps creators use our app, as well as planning and managing advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the app from Japan to the world.

▼ Job Outline
【Marketing work】
Your assigned tasks will be based on your experience, skills, and preferences. We plan promotional campaigns, review them internally, and execute them with the team after approval. We review campaign results to inform future promotions. Current key initiatives include the following:
– Influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
– Event workshops and live drawing sessions (To be run by local creators)
– Social media management to boost awareness and create fans
– Google/ Social media advertisement optimization
– SEO strategy for owned media articles
【Localization/culturalization】
A coordinator will assign internal translation requests for the UI of the app and its services, user guides, websites, and marketing materials to the appropriate team member. Translation tasks are managed using Backlog and the translation tool memoQ. Another staff member then reviews the translated work and finalizes the task.

・Native speaker of the English language with a business level command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

・Experience translating from Japanese to English or English to Japanese
・Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, or other graphics apps/software
・Loves to draw

【Salary】
5 million to 7 million yen
【Monthly salary】
(1)Range: 344,000 yen to 485,000 yen (including the amount in (2))
(2)The monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime (92,880 yen to 130,950 yen)
(3)Overtime hours exceeding fixed overtime will be paid out separately
(4)The annual salary includes a remote work allowance or flexible work allowance (10,000 yen per month)
※Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other factors.

Working hours: 10:00 – 18:30
Holidays: 120 days or more of holidays, five-day work week (Sat. Sun. holidays), annual paid leave (including summer vacation), New Year holiday

▼ Selection Process
Document Screening → Trial Translation → First Interview → Second Interview → Job Offer
・After passing the document screening, you will be asked to submit a trial translation and a hearing sheet for review.
・A third interview may be conducted if necessary.

▼部署の仕事内容
『CLIP STUDIO PAINT』のアプリをはじめ、関連サービス、チュートリアルコンテンツのローカライズ・カルチャライズ、および欧米を中心としたターゲット地域のマーケティング活動を行っています。日本発のアプリを世界に広め、より多くのクリエイターに活用してもらうために役立つコンテンツを企画・制作したり、広告やプロモーションの企画、運用を行います。
また、プロモーションの企画・実施においてはWebサイトやクリエイティブ、コンテンツの制作を自社の制作部門のデザイナーと協力して行い、アプリやサービスのローカライズ・カルチャライズにおいては開発部門からの依頼に基づき必要なリソースの翻訳を担当しています。
こうした業務を通じて、海外のクリエイターにとってより身近で使いやすいサービスを提供し、セルシスのグローバルな事業展開を支えています。
▼具体的な仕事内容
■マーケティング
これまでのご経験やスキル、ご希望をふまえて、担当いただくタスクを決定します。プロモーション施策は、企画を立案し、社内レビュー・承認を経て、数名のチームで実行します。実施後は結果を振り返り、次回施策に活かします。
現在、力を入れている活動としては以下があります。
・Instagram、TikTok、YouTubeを中心としたインフルエンサーマーケティング
・イベントでのワークショップやライブドローイング開催（現地在住のクリエイターに依頼）
・SNS運用による認知度向上とファン獲得
・Google広告およびSNS広告の継続的な改善
・オウンドメディアの記事コンテンツのSEO対策
■ローカライズ、カルチャライズ
アプリケーションやサービスのUI、使い方コンテンツ、Webサイト、マーケティング用の制作物など社内で発生する翻訳依頼をコーディネータが担当者にアサインします。翻訳タスクの管理はBacklogで行います。翻訳ツールはmemoQを使用します。翻訳完了後、別の担当者がレビューを行いタスクを完了します。

【給与】
500万～700万円
（1）月給：344,000円～485,000円（（2）を含む額）
（2）時間外労働あり。時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として92,880円～130,950円を支給
（3）超過分は別途支給します。
（4）年収には在宅勤務手当またはフレキシブル勤務手当が含まれます(月1万円)。
※給与はスキル・経験等を考慮します。
