Customer Service Representative at Suez Labs Limited (Remote Only)
Suez Labs Limited is a fast-growing tech company specializing in website and app development. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (remote only) to handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related technical issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and customer experience
Provide timely feedback on customer needs and suggestions
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Prior customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with digital products and web technologies is a plus
