Position Overview:
We’re looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Remote Solar Sales Consultants to join our virtual team. Whether you’re experienced in solar or new to the industry, if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals – you’ll thrive here.
🔋 What You’ll Do:
Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners using Zoom or phone
Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings opportunities
Use provided tools (CRM, proposal software, etc.) to guide the customer journey
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly
Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired
Collaborate with our support team to ensure smooth installations

100% remote, flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
Uncapped commissions – top closers make $8,000–$15,000/month

🚀 What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales ability (solar, real estate, insurance, or phone sales a plus)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools
A winning mindset and willingness to learn
Bonus Points If You Have:
Solar sales experience or energy knowledge
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)
Experience working remotely or managing your own schedule
