Tasks
What’s your daily life gonna’ look like – your tasks:
Quality Assurance:
Review and validate all elements of CRO and A/B testing projects to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct rigorous testing of websites, landing pages, and digital assets to identify and resolve issues that may affect conversion rates
Implement best practices for QA processes, documentation, and reporting.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any issues to ensure timely project completion
Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Success:
Develop strong client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and concerns
Understand client goals, objectives, and KPIs to align optimization strategies with their business needs
Provide clients with regular reports and insights on project performance, A/B test results, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Optimization Strategy:
Collaborate with data analysts to derive insights from testing results and recommend data-driven optimization strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in CRO and A/B testing to continuously enhance our services.
Requirements
Come as you are – the role’s requirements:
A degree is not a must & we couldn’t care less about grades. As long as you have experience in marketing and are willing to learn, you’re perfect!
Level:
+1 year relevant experience in QA * Mindset:
teamplayer, patient, customer focused, confident, communicative * Knowledge:
Basic QA theory knowledge –> relevant courses + experience * Languages:
English on fluent level.
