Our client is looking for a collections specialist that works business to business collections
Job Requirements
– Complete minimum required amount on dials daily as set by department manager
– Maintain a professional queue and monthly goal set by management
– Have experience in 3rd party and business to business collections
– Commercial collections experience
– Maintain and handle daily inbound and outbound calls
– Follow collection procedures and guidelines that are outlined in training
– Strive for good people skills, professionalism, and be a team player that possesses negotiation skills
– Accurately and effectively maintain account files in correct status codes
– Utilize miscellaneous Sub-WIPS and outbound dialer to insure comprehensive coverage of accounts
