We are currently seeking a highly motivated, hard working, results driven, and organized individuals to join our team as a Remote Call Center Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and be an integral part of our expanding business.
Position: Call Center Agent Telemarketer (Remote)
Responsibilities: As a Call Center Agent Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our company. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients from our database.
2. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
3. Prospect and Generate Additional Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media, and online lead generation activities.
4. Product/Service Knowledge: Developing a solid understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
5. CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
6. Follow-up: Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
7. Performance Metrics: Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
2. Sales Aptitude: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service and appointment setting are a MUST.
3. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
4. Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, even in a fast-paced environment.
5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
6. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
7. Computer and Internet Service: You must have a reliable PC or Laptop with high speed internet access, your network must be fast enough to handle VOIP services as we use a VOIP app based service which you will need to install on your computer for making calls. You must also have a headset for making calls.
