Job Requirements
【仕事内容】
主にデータ通信、サーバ向け電装部品(コネクタ)の開発に伴う製造設備、ツールの開発、立ち上げ、工程確立における関連業務。
射出成形モールド金型等の精密金型設計、製造設備の立ち上げ、製造工程の確立をプロジェクトとして推進する業務になります。
・ 高速データ通信向けコネクタ部品の製造技術開発（モールド金型及び射出成形機周辺装置）
・ デザインレビューへの参画、設備/工程見積作成
・ 試作、量産設備の設計/立ち上げ/不具合の分析と改善/生産効率改善
・ 次世代製品に向けた新規製造工程の提案とその確立
・ 設備やプロセスの新技術開発によるコスト、リードタイム、品質改善
・ 海外姉妹会社への技術交流、技術支援 及び 工場/協力会社（サプライヤー）への技術指

【応募資格】
・ 学歴：大学(高専)卒以上 (理系）
・ 語学：
英語 – 中級程度（英語でのコミュニケーションができる方歓迎）※Toeic５００点
日本語 – ビジネスレベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
・ 3D CAD経験者
【業務経験】
必須条件
・ コネクタ部品（新製品）射出成形モールド金型設計の実務経験 ８年以上
・ 製造設備開発/設計業務の実務経験 ８年以上
・ LCP材料使用経験３年以上、CAD経験 （８年以上）
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢、向上心のある方。
歓迎条件
・ コネクタ部品の射出成形モールド金型設計業務経験
・ 樹脂流動解析、成型技術に関する知識と経験をお持ちの方
・ 3D CAD (Creo)の使用経験
・ プラスチック成形材料の知識を有する方
・ Over Moldの設備設計経験
・ 2shot Moldの設備設計経験
・ 流動解析シミュレーション（Mold flow, 3D Moldexなど）の経験
・ サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整経験
