ABA Intake Specialist – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Overview
We’re looking for an aggressive, fast-learning, bilingual Intake Specialist to join our ABA team. This isn’t your typical front desk role — you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our sales lead and managing intake from social media opt-ins, calls, and referrals.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, catches on quickly, and isn’t afraid to follow up, ask questions, and close the loop. You’ll be the first impression families get — and we need someone who can confidently guide them through the intake process with empathy, speed, and accuracy.
Responsibilities

Handle all incoming intakes from social media opt-ins, inquiries, and call-ins

Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and keep the pipeline flowing

Guide families through the intake process with care and professionalism

Collect and verify essential documentation and insurance info

Coordinate with clinical and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM/EMR systems

Follow up persistently — don’t let leads fall through the cracks

Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

Work location – Remote
Full Time / Part time – Full Time including Sunday but not sat
Salary or hourly – hourly
Schedule or job timings – 9-5 daily
Requirements

Fluent in English

Fluent in Spanish

Aggressive go-getter with a “make it happen” attitude

Quick learner who’s tech-savvy and confident using CRM or EMR tools

Strong communication and people skills — you know how to sell, listen, and reassure

Background in ABA, healthcare, or intake coordination preferred

Comfortable navigating and responding to social media opt-in leads
