What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an Account Manager to join a Danish modular housing company known for delivering high-quality, design-oriented prefab homes. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement -managing a steady flow of inbound inquiries, handling technical questions with confidence, and contributing to smooth sales processes. You’ll work closely with the founder and a small international team, helping clients turn their modular housing ideas into reality.
How you’ll spend your day
Managing multiple new inbound leads daily, primarily via email.
Responding to client questions regarding modular design, delivery logistics, building permits, and insulation option.
Using a CRM system to track communication and manage lead pipelines
Providing basic pricing estimates and supporting with simple layout-related questions
Collaborating with the wider team to improve client communication and satisfaction
Developing a strong understanding of the company’s modular housing offerings
You’ll be successful if you have
1–2 years of experience in sales, client management, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A structured, organized approach to managing multiple leads and client threads
Curiosity or basic knowledge of modular or timber-frame construction or engineering concepts
Experience using CRM platforms and online communication tools (nice to have)
Danish language proficiency or experience with Scandinavian clients or design sensibilities (nice to have)
