Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to manage communications with 15-20 clients through Slack and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, triaging requests, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications via Slack.
Ensure client projects are executed on time by coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams.
Address client requests, retrieve data as needed, and manage some data entry tasks.
Maintain up-to-date status on all client requests.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by ensuring timely, clear communication.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience with Slack for client communications.
Basic knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience managing client relationships.
Familiarity with the marketing or creative agency environment.
