What You Will Do:
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and services.
Governance and Reporting: Develop and implement best practices for governance and reporting in customer management. Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track customer performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Commercial Negotiations: Apply a commercial lens to account management, focusing on contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop negotiation strategies and drive successful commercial outcomes.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and pain points to position our insurtech solutions effectively.
Customer Retention: Proactively identify and address potential churn risks. Work closely with customers to mitigate issues, optimize their use of our solutions, and develop strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Research & Solutioning: Technical solutions identification as per the business goals & requirements expressed by the client, and based on the CoverGo platform features.
Demo & Proof of Concept preparation: Build & configure insurance products of clients in the CoverGo platform, and demonstrate such platform capabilities & features to clients.
Presentation: Preparing techno-commercial proposals and assisting the sales team during presentation to the clients.
Industry and Insurtech Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and emerging technologies within the insurtech industry. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

What We Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the insurtech or insurance industry. Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and driving customer success.
Solid health insurance knowledge is a must.
Strong understanding of SAAS, insurtech solutions, including digital platforms, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs, identify revenue growth opportunities, and negotiate successful commercial agreements. Experience in managing pricing, contracts, and license agreements is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. English is a must, Cantonese is a plus.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to think long-term and translate vision into actionable plans.

Results-oriented and data-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
Physical base in Asia, Hong Kong is preferred.
