Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with customers will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing exceptional service and support to our clients, you will contribute to their success and strengthen their partnership with Honeywell. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company’s success by managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide innovative solutions will contribute to the company’s overall growth and position it as a leader in the PPE industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

Salary Range: $79900-119600

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
