About This Opportunity
The Account Manager supporting our Gift products will focus on client relations, operations, and project management efforts. In this role, you will be involved with the tracking of product setup and production, data management, inventory and supply chain status, launch testing, as well as reporting and analytics functions.

NOTE: This is a fixed-term, 14 – 20 month, contract position.
Responsibilities
Manage major product rollouts including forecasting, merchant selection, card design and the launch process.
Manage assigned product accounts; meet with top partners on a bi-weekly basis to understand their business
direction, drive marketing plans. * Manage the communication of the product and product opportunities to the retailers and marketplace by working
internally with Marketing & Retail teams as well as directly selling-in product to retailers. * Collaborate with Retail & Marketing teams to develop promotional plans and incremental placement
opportunities. * Ongoing inventory management of partners’ card inventory, reorder cards as appropriate and liaise with internal
card production teams in order to maintain a positive flow of inventory
Qualifications
5-8 years’ relevant B2B client facing Account Management and/or Project Management experience
Post secondary education in business or marketing
Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Experience within FMCG and/or digital entertainment brands or products from gaming (console, mobile, PC/Mac), streaming, and or
services * Ability to travel in country and internationally (up to 10% of time in future)
French language skills are a plus
