The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to those clients, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met and help the client succeed by growing their business with the company. The Account Manager will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities to increase the customer base and promote the company’s products and services.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage high-potential inbound leads by developing strong relationships with partners and direct clients to understand their needs and suggest use cases that maximize their business opportunity.
Grow the existing partner base by conducting regular performance reviews, sharing insights into their clients’ performance, and identifying potential upsell opportunities, including Licence and CBP revenue.
Cross-sell new products to existing partners and clients to drive additional revenue.
Prospect for new ISVs and partner in the Adtech space by conducting research, identifying potential partners, and reaching out to them to understand their needs. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation activities.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, requiring a strong focus on performance.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and onboarding to ensure partners are activated and enabled to grow their business.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular communication, identifying areas for improvement, and developing initiatives that could benefit the partner.
Prospect, engage and close high value strategic accounts.
2+years of experience
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the CPaaS or Adtech industry
Demonstrated ability to manage high-potential inbound leads and grow existing partner bases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
