Our client is one of the most reputable and well-established Group of Companies offering Financial Services in the FinTech sector.

They are seeking to recruit an Account Manager native or fluent in Malay and experienced in the Forex Industry to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients

Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication

Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner

Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level service is provided

Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required

Ensuring compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures

Informing the clients on the company’s products and software systems

Contributing to the team effort by achieving targeted results

Following up on queries and providing feedback to clients, ensuring that they are receiving the best level of service

Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary

Requirements:

Degree in a business-related or any other field

At least 1-year previous experience as Account Manager or sales (conversion or retention)

Fluent in Malay and English

Excellent negotiation skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Dynamic and innovative

Self-motivated and target oriented

Strong computer literacy
