This is a high-visibility, hands-on finance role – you’ll be Finance hire #1 in Singapore.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership to set up finance operations from scratch.
We are supporting a fast-growing China-based gaming developer for a Finance & Admin Manager to lead finance operations in their newly established Singapore office. This is their first finance hire in Singapore, as they expand globally and launch their titles across international platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Basic bookkeeping, monthly closing, and reporting
Setting up payment channels for platform fees
Suggesting and implementing accounting systems/tools
Working with external vendors (banks, auditors, software providers)
Potential involvement in FP&A, treasury, or commercial ops as the business scales
Handling ad-hoc administrative duties to support office operations
Requirements:
Prior experience in a startup or first finance hire capacity preferred
Familiarity with setting up finance processes/systems
Independent, hands-on, and solution-oriented
Interest or background in gaming, tech, or digital platforms is a bonus
