🌍 Position: Accounting & Payroll Specialist

📍 Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, handling reconciliation of deals and payments, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records. You’ll work with tools like Excel, Gmail, and Zoho CRM to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll with extensive breakdowns (commissions, bonuses, taxes, etc.)
Reconcile deals and payments accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and organize accounting records and payroll documentation
Generate and update financial reports using Excel
Use Zoho CRM to track client or transaction information related to payments
Communicate with team members and stakeholders via Gmail and video calls
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations for payroll and accounting

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in accounting and payroll management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Familiarity with Zoho CRM is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
