Job Description
We are hiring an Accounting Representative to join our growing team. The primary role of this position is to serve the nonprofit community through our Bookkeeping and Accounting Services which includes the following Communicate with staff accountants in our corporate headquarters in the U.S.A. Daily emails and occasional video calls with U.S.A. accountants A wide variety of daily tasks including Accounts Payable Accounts ReceivableIncome Entries Payroll Journal Entries End of Month Journal Entries Bank Reconciliations Financial Statement Preparation Audit Schedule Preparation Follow up on missing itemsquestions needed for data entry If youre hardworking, dedicated to building your career, and passionate about serving nonprofits, Jitasa is a perfect match that offers a career with both purpose and opportunity.
Skills Qualifications
A university degree or technical high school degree in accounting, finance, or business, or relevant bookkeeping experience. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and ideas, 0 2 years bookkeepingaccounting experience, New graduates are welcome, good English skills
