About Us: ESD Accountants is a professional accounting and taxation practice based in Australia. We provide a wide range of services, including tax compliance, bookkeeping, BAS & GST lodgments, financial reporting, and business advisory services. We are expanding our global team and seeking an experienced Accounting & Taxation Contractor in Bangladesh to support our Australian clients remotely.
Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (Australia).

Assist with BAS, IAS, GST, and PAYG lodgments.

Perform bookkeeping and reconciliations using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar.

Prepare financial statements and working papers in line with Australian accounting standards.

Communicate and coordinate with the Australian team to ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain client confidentiality and comply with professional ethics.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

CA, CPA, CMA (Completed or Partially Completed).

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

At least 2 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience in accounting and taxation (Australian tax knowledge preferred but not essential).

Familiarity with ATO processes and Australian Taxation Law (training may be provided).

Strong proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills & Expertise:
Excellent communication skill,Expert in Quickbooks Accounting Software,Knowledge of using Xero,Microsoft Excel
