Overview:
Accounts receivable intake specialists are tasked with overseeing billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances. This generally entails billing for invoiced orders, supporting collection efforts, and reviewing account discrepancies. Accounts receivable specialists are needed in a variety of accounting environments. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Latin America. Responsibilities:

Monitor accounts and incoming payments

Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data

Verify discrepancies

Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues ad questions

Prepare and manage bills, invoices and bank deposits

Make sure that all payments are properly posted

Assist in preparing financial statements

Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status

Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email & text

Qualifications:

2 years of experience within role or similar role

A high degree of accuracy

Great attention to detail

Strong customer service skills

Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Comfort working with account balances, revenue, and forecasting

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
