A dynamically developing IT Company in the Russian Market is Seeking a Time Control Specialist/Administrator.
Responsibilities

Monitoring compliance with employee work schedules.

Overseeing the execution of job duties and tasks according to established standards.

Keeping track of employees’ working hours (monitoring tardiness, absences, overtime, etc.).

Compiling reports on employee performance.

Participating in resolving conflicts related to disciplinary violations or non-compliance with duties.

Interacting with management regarding labor productivity and adherence to labor discipline.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with a workforce of over 100 people.

Skills in team management and conflict resolution.

Proficient in time tracking software (e.g., StuffCorp, BitCop, Hubstaff) and report generation.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
