The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking to recruit a remote Administrative Assistant at an entry-level capacity. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our team, providing essential administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly. If you are organized, confident, professional, and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:

First point of contact for all internal and external queries, managing correspondence via phone, email, and mail.

Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings and conferences.

Processing and recording information in database, setting up and managing a filing system.

Supporting the team by facilitating internal communications, such as distributing information and keeping minutes of meetings.

Handling general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing bookkeeping tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Experience with remote work platforms and communication tools.

A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous remote work experience.

Experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks.

Possession of basic HTML and database management skills.
