Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize administrative files and documents
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management
Assist in the preparation of reports and spreadsheets
Communicate internally and externally via phone and email in a professional manner
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
A high school degree is required
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
