Responsibilities
Organize and maintain schedules and calendars for team members.
Respond promptly to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
Assist with document preparation, including reports and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are arranged.
Keep files organized and updated for easy access and reference.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
No prior experience is necessary; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
