Position Summary
The Administrator of Revenue Cycle Optimization and Engagement plays a pivotal role in connecting the Physician Organization (PO) departments with the Central Business Office (CBO). This position emphasizes building strong relationships, acting as a liaison, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including with our tripartite partners. The goal is to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency by aligning departmental processes with broader organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and guide teams to identify and address key clinical processes that impact revenue.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships between PO departments, the CBO, and external partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue cycle-related inquiries and issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Act as a liaison between clinical departments, the CBO, and tripartite partners to ensure alignment on revenue cycle goals and initiatives.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication to foster collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Work closely with leadership across departments to implement strategies that enhance revenue cycle performance and support organizational goals.
Collaborate with WCM’s CPO ensure that revenue cycle practices are consistent with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the integration of solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
Offer guidance and mentorship to staff on revenue cycle best practices and relationship management.
Work to integrate feedback from partners into the revenue cycle strategy, ensuring that all perspectives are considered.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on relationship building and cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience in a liaison role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
