Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information
- Perform building physics including CFD simulation, energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor
- Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report
- Research on relative latest technologies and news
- Assist in green building assessment and certification

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or above in HVAC, building technology, building equipment, building physics or other related professional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design and simulation tools such as CFD, Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.
- Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.
- Good speaking and writing English
- Fast learner
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
