Responsibilities

  • Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information
  • Perform building physics including CFD simulation, energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor
  • Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report
  • Research on relative latest technologies and news
  • Assist in green building assessment and certification

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor or above in HVAC, building technology, building equipment, building physics or other related professional.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design and simulation tools such as CFD, Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.
  • Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.
  • Good speaking and writing English
  • Fast learner
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
