Job Description:
Search and acquire new partners, enhancing and maintaining strong partner relationships.
Respond promptly to affiliate requests and quickly launch offers for partners.
Identify growth opportunities, implement new algorithms and tools, and explore non-standard development options.
Plan and report on affiliate activities and performance.
Collaborate with other teams within the company, including media-buying, integration, and accounting.
Participate in specialized conferences to expand network and industry knowledge.
Drive player acquisition and traffic within Chinese-speaking countries.
Focus on revenue generation and ensure successful onboarding of new affiliates.
Collaborate with 2-3 affiliate marketing managers to drive player acquisition and traffic.
The Successful Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in the gambling or betting affiliate sector.
Experience with iGaming operators (gambling, online casino, betting) or CPA networks is an advantage.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of bringing deals to successful outcomes.
Availability of a base and contacts with webmasters/partners capable of providing quality traffic to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.Fluent in Mandarin (普通话) or Cantonese (广东话) with native proficiency or HSK4 level.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) is advantageous but not mandatory
.Proven experience in customer acquisition within China and Chinese-speaking countries.
Exceptional sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
